For freight brokers
Documents, invoices, your team, and the money.
Envoy keeps the papers every trip needs, raises the invoice when it delivers, gives your team one record to work from, and shows you the margin on all of it.

What it costs
A missing document is never just a missing document.
In freight the paperwork is the deal. When a file is wrong, late, or simply never asked for, the bill lands somewhere, and it is rarely on the person who forgot it.
Standing time
A driver held at a border or a gate is billed by the hour, and the carrier passes that straight back to you.
Disputes you cannot win
Without the signed CMR, the weighbridge ticket or the delivery note, a claim comes down to whose memory is better. It will not be yours.
The same details, entered twice
Re-keying a trip from an email into a spreadsheet into an invoice is where the wrong price, the wrong date and the wrong consignee get in.
What it does
Six things that are hard to do anywhere else.
Everything a broker's tool is expected to have, and then the parts that actually change how a day goes.
The document gate
A trip cannot advance to the next stage until that stage's required documents exist. Not a reminder. A stop.
Upload once, never asked again
A carrier's insurance, a driver's licence, a truck's inspection are facts about them, not about one load. A renewal is added; the old one stays as history.
Driver GPS with no app
The driver opens a link and drops a pin. Nothing to install, no account to create, no call to explain it.
Live border waits
Current queue times for the crossings your lanes actually use, shown next to the trip that is heading for one.
Encrypted document vault
Documents and financial details are encrypted with a key held per team, so the files behind a trip are unreadable without it.
Your spreadsheets, imported
Clients, carriers, trucks and drivers come in from the files you already keep, with every mismatch shown before anything is written.
Where it works
Built for the lanes you actually run.
Moldova and Romania outward into the EU, and everything crossing between them.
- Distance and drive time come from a real routing engine, with a second provider behind it so an outage is not your problem.
- Border queue times for the crossings on the route, looked up rather than remembered.
- English, Romanian and Russian, with no locale in the URL and no half-translated screens.
- Addresses and endpoints stay searchable, because a picker you cannot type into is slower than paper.
Why it exists
One of us has spent years as a freight broker. Envoy is the tool he kept not finding.
- It began as his own workarounds: a spreadsheet for carrier papers, a folder per trip, a phone full of messages asking where a truck was.
- Every rule in the product comes from something that had already gone wrong at least once.
- The other half is the engineering. There is no outsourced team, and no roadmap written by people who have never had to chase a CMR.
- We are not trying to build a freight exchange yet. We are trying to make one broker's day cost less.
Pricing
Every plan is the whole product.
Plans differ by how many people are on your team, and by nothing else. There is no tier where the useful part is locked.
- Start2 seats€49per month
- Desk5 seats€99per month
- Floor12 seats€179per month
- EnterpriseMore than 12 seatsPriced per deal
- Every feature on every plan: the gate, the vault, the tracking, the imports.
- Thirty days to try it properly, and it stays readable afterwards even if you stop paying.
- Paid by bank transfer against a proforma. No card, no processor, no renewal that catches you out.
